There was an issue with the product (LVP) I had ordered. Giant Don's in Wasilla went above and beyond to get me great flooring. I am very satisfied with the produce, price, and service.
JEREMY FOGG helped me find just the floor that I was looking for, after I had been to several high-end places and other comparable places, and since I was looking for something a little unusual (lovely walnut plank engineered wood), they just gave up or quoted me ridiculous prices. JEREMY FOGG was terrific. Found what I wanted at a very fair price. Everything was dealt with professionally and I'm thrilled witht he result. I hightly recommend Giant Don's....at least if you deal with Jeremy. He's terrific.
I called Giant Dons late this afternoon with what I thought was a real estate disaster. I help prepare peoples homes to put on the market. One of my clients came home to a huge hole chewed in their bedroom carpet by their dogs. Mind you, they are having an open house on Sunday. They were panicked. They asked if I could help find a place to get the problem fixed. When I called Giant Dons, I talked to Louis, who saved the day. Used Giant Don's since we've owned a house so nearly 10 years now. Always good service, great products and a fair deal. Even when I haven't purchased anything because it was out of budget it was a pleasant experience.
