RecommendedOur sales person was Ion and we worked with him over several months. He remained responsive and professional throughout. Even when the usual renovation delays popped up with unexpected issues and occasional hiccups with installers, he made sure to communicate with us and worked with us to find a satisfactory resolution. He was committed to representing Giant Don’s well and he did an amazing job! Shoutout to Installer Kevin and Installer Thomas who did a beautiful job on our LVP and baseboard trim and were very professional.

Louis Fisk has the best customer service ever. He came out to measure our home and walked us through all our options. The process started over a year ago since we had earthquake repairs to do and flooring is usually the last thing. They were very patient and flexible with our many changes and rescheduled. We are very happy with our floors.
I have purchased flooring and other products here several times, and took literally a YEAR to make my carpet decision recently. Doug is a fantastic sales person and I was really happy with both my service in the store, and after my install went later than planned Doug went out of his way to make it right for me. I will be back for my next flooring needs for sure.

We a bathroom flood that impacted flooring in that room and carpeting in the adjacent areas on two levels. MIKE Schnoberger provided excellent customer service through the whole process of selecting floorings, providing quality installers, coordinating work and timing to fit our needs. Mike was so very thoughtful, and went the extra mile to make the project low stress. Thanks again for everything. We plan on shopping here again for future flooring needs.
