The worst service department in the world. My husband had his truck in there for the fifth time He had it there a a whole week picked it up Friday n had to take it back Monday. This time he used it a week and has to take it back again. This place is so bad my husband knows the service manager Brian Delgado by name and has contacted GM on several occasions. We just purchased this new truck in August. Worst experience ever n not over. Don't buy here
Nothing but problems service department is terrible I wish I could throw my truck thru the window like the tire commercial. The last time I took my truck in they had it a week and the service light came on again the same day which was a Friday. I only go there because I have to. Even the cashier told me I hope we don't have to see you again.

I purchased a utility work truck from giant . The whole sales team especially James catered to our needs not our wants when talking about pricing . A class act all the way around, my wife and I were not pressured to buy but given the approach and pricing we could not resist . We will definitely be back for our family truck in the future . Giant hands down made us feel comfortable versus other dealers here in the valley .
Giant made the buying process easy and affordable. Tito was an excellent salesperson who answered our questions and catered to our needs. He and Zach made the entire process painless and offered a deal that was much better than we'd expected! Service like this will keep us coming back to Giant!
