Sent vehicle for multipoint inspection and oil change. I had ran out of windshield washer 1 week before. In the inspection sheet it was marked ok, not filled or requires attention. It was not topped off. When I called I was hang up after I was transferred to service consultant. Not giving my business to "dealership".

I wasn't impressed that I had to keep calling back to keep checking on my truck. And they had my truck for 2 days just to let me know that it was the heater hoses and that I needed a tune-up. And then when I get my truck back I ended up with the bigger problem that I started with. And then the service agent( Tony Aguilar ) tells me it's going to take 9 hours to do the job, and that he talk to his manager saying instead of charging me $128 the rate he's going to charge me $90 rate.
