Tito and joe took good care of me. Great staff great people I had issues and they jumped on it and took care of me you guys rock thank you so much for your help would definitely recommend them for sure
We purchased a used 2014 vehicle last year and it immediately had problems with the air conditioning. We took it in and they said they fixed it but in fact they didn't. They only put a bandaid on the situation and now we are having to completely change the unit and it's a $1600 fix and the manager told us too bad we didn't purchase the extended warranty when we called them out on it. I will never do business here again, be careful of what you get here they are not honest to do business with.
Shopping for a new car is not always fun, it's a lot of money and big decision to have to make. The experience at Giant was awesome they were easy to work with got me want I wanted at what I felt was a fare price. They were kind helpful and understanding. I will go back to Giant Chevrolet for any purchases in the feature. Thank you Giant Chevrolet....
We took our new truck in for an oil change, the following day husband noticed a horrible scratch and they claim there's no way it could've happened there ....I will never do business here again ...Zero stars !!!! ��

I am giving you a 1 because my son who is active duty Marine Corp walked into your dealership this last Sunday got out of his Chevrolet Tahoe and the Salesman came out and told him "the used car lot is over there". Nobody even asked him how they could help him. He went to a couple of different dealerships looking for a car for when he gets home from being deployed overseas November through June.
