We went in to buy a used car. Jake had the car we were looking for on his lot, and worked with us on price. What he failed to tell us was there was unibody damaged to the car and they bought it at auction that way, and knew it. He did not want to let us take the car to a mechanic because he knew we would find that out. We did some digging on our own and found out about the unibody damage and did not end up buying the car. We are loyal Mitsubishi owners....and I have never in my life had a worse experience then with this dealership and their internet sales manager Chad tanner. Was promised a car was in "perfect" condition before I drove 7.5 hours to get there and when we arrived the car was so scratched up inside and out, it looked like they let a wild cat loose inside and the outside was scratched head to toe. We had a great experience at YC. We originally went to the local Dodge dealership because we had an employee discount coupon and the dealer there was rude and kept trying to sell us the "most" expensive model on the lot. I went over to YC and not only did they have a great selection they were good with explaining things to me as far as how much I was getting for my trade and what the reasoning was.
