Horrible to deal with when brand new car had issues. Didn’t even know about technical service bulletin from Mitsubishi for the engine malfunction low power warning showing up and I had to send it to them! They tried to just send my car home and told me I could safely drive to Mississippi in it. Then car started having more issues including wheel well cover popping off while parked for 24hrs, wireless charger not working, sensors going off, gps not working, gps showing I was in a different area then I was, phone randomly disc... read more
I had sat there waiting for someone . I sat there 30-40 minutes and finally had to go find someone to help me . I think they need a better communication system. I think if not getting caught up in shuffle things might have been ok
