RecommendedI’ve never been disappointed at Giadas. Consistently good food and service!
This was disappointing. I’ve heard great things about Giadas. It was very noisy, dirty, old decor, etc. I ordered chicken parmigiana and fettuccine Alfredo- the chicken was very dry and the fettuccine was tasteless. Not the worst meal ever, but we won’t be back. The waitress was wonderful and did a great job.
Food was ok. Service was terrible. Customer service by our waiter was even worse. Hiding behind “well it’s restaurant policy” (party of eight wanted to use two coupons after appetizer never showed up, food took two hours to come out of kitchen and one meal had to be sent back and wasn’t right and came out 24 mins later still wrong but rest of party was done eating so we didn’t bother to send it back a second time. Was great ,the food was severed at the right time not everything on the table at the same time. Waitress was there about when the wine glass was almost gone.
Always a good experience at Giada’s and all the food is so delicious!
Cool place, great atmosphere and wonderful food!
Food was fabulous and portions were huge!
We just had an office Christmas party catered by Giadas, and they were outstanding! From the planning, to the meticulous care that they put into making sure our event went off without a hitch! Would definitely recommend!
