Called in a take out order around 3:30pm. I told the hostess that I'd like to order off the dinner menu which includes a salad. Upon arrival, I stood at the register for about 5 minutes before someone came to help. That wasn't a huge deal. Paid for the meal and took it home. First timers. Food was great .. service was awful. Never heard from our server once we were serviced. Had to ask for water 2 times. Not a busy night. Never asked if we needed anything.. not sure if we will be back

They food is always amazing and the restaurant is beautiful inside and out! I love the outdoor fire pit! They have specials and a half priced wine night as well!
My sister and her husband brought me and my boyfriend to Giada’s for our first time. Food was delivered sporadically and not as ordered in most cases. Service was very slow. We waited 15 minutes for drinks and was told the problem was no bartender on duty. My sister expressed our concerns and dismay to two waitresses and the manager on duty so they would know. Great Italian food. We had the Fucco Shrimp appetizer which was outstanding. The lasagna was the best I have ever had. Great wine and after dinner drinks as well
We had my Retirement party from work there for approximately 30 people. The staff did and excellent job attending to everyone's needs and the food was delicious. I had the lasagna and it was the best I have ever had. I am hard to please when it comes to lasagna, so you must try it for yourself. — with Monica Lassiter.
