Great experience, even though our server had a large party of 25 we had great service and hot food.

We live about an hour and a half away and were meeting family for dinner there that live in that area. I liked it so much, and the town as well, that I asked my sister to spend a girls’ day with me in Kernersville one Saturday and plan to go to Giadas. The food was very good, service was very good, and loved the atmosphere.
Can only give 2 stars for my latest visit to Giada's. We arrived on a Thursday at 12:15, they were out of menus so we had to wait to see one. We ordered by 12:25 but at 1:00 still didn't have our order. We asked the waitress about it and she went to check. A few minutes later she brought the food and said "we have a lot going on". No apology or even a hint of compassion. The restaurant was not full during our visit although there was a group of 12 near us. The manager came over and listened to our story.
