BEWARE THIS MOBILE HOME PARK My 91 year old father lives there. He just received a notice that he has to make significant changes to his mobile home (very costly) or move it by the 1st of October. He is on a fixed income and this is coming out of the blue. The home is in good shape and the paint is fine. He ALWAYS pays his rent on time. This really seems like age discrimination!
Beware of this mobile home park! Just so you know, this is the manufactured home park that is just north off of King Rd about 3/4 mile from 82nd Ave/King Rd.
