Great looking park Looked at many parks in the Portland area and found this to be cleanest and best maintained. The previous reviews seem a bit negative but I actually like the fact that they care how the homes in this park are kept up. It really shows when you drive through the park.
Abrelle Can't belive how its gone down hill, My parents live at the 55+ area, and the grounds are a mess, I understand there is new manager's in the past year, and just worry about residents personal life, which is a privacy act in oregon ORS 90.100 to 90.940. They really need to get the old managers back, Gail and Russ or find new ones.... Abbi
Beware of this mobile home park! Just so you know, this is the manufactured home park that is just north off of King Rd about 3/4 mile from 82nd Ave/King Rd. When we moved into Giadanj Estates Mobile Home Park 4 yrs ago, we were told by neighbors and the office themselves, that the space rent had never raised in their 10 yr. existence prior to moving here. BEWARE THIS MOBILE HOME PARK My 91 year old father lives there. He just received a notice that he has to make significant changes to his mobile home (very costly) or move it by the 1st of October. He is on a fixed income and this is coming out of the blue. The home is in good shape and the paint is fine. He ALWAYS pays his rent on time. This really seems like age discrimination!
