I spoke on the phone with Chad (the office manager) on a Friday and was able to schedule an inspection for a home I am purchasing on the following Monday (3 days later). Joe arrived about 20 minutes after the 1:00PM appointment time, however he had called 10 minutes prior to that time to let me know the current rainstorm in the area (that I also had to drive through) had delayed him traveling from his previous appointment. Made an appointment at 1pm. Joe did not respond to phone calls or texts until 2pm and told me he could be there by 3pm. Terrible follow up and had to hire another company for the inspection. If I could give 0/5 starts I would
Joe is incredible! Always available for any questions, extremely detailed and VERY knowledgeable. Can’t recommend him enough.
