Check Engine light came on in my pickup coming north through the mountains near Grapevine. I was just passing through Bakersfield, was looking for a place that could run the diagnostics late on a Friday afternoon as I feared getting stuck along the interstate with a serious problem over the weekend. I recently had my Honda Pilot worked by G&G. They were great. Very professional when informing me about my repairs. What separates them from other mechanics is the treatment of their customers. They are just nice “normal” people. People you would want to BBQ with. :)
Talk about the good ol' days where businesses put the customer first, G&G Auto Repair treats you like family. One top of top notch service and fair rates, they are honest and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in the door. A++ rating from me!
So I went to a mechanic in town and he was trying to charge me $700 for an ignition switch. After calling around town, these guys seemed the most reliable and man do I not regret it! They charged me half the price and even helped me out with a couple other isssues with my car. Their customer service is incredible and Micheal really made me feel secure and taken care of. I will be going here from now on and will recommend everyone to them. Very fair and very honest! Thanks G&G!
We had van issues on the way from Sacramento to San Diego and made it to G&G auto where they squeezed us in for a quick diagnostic and the team helped us out and saved the day and our family vacation with a quick spark plugs and replacement at a reasonable price. AMAZING SERVICE! My wife’s car was having electrical issues an all kinds of things were showing on the display. From the check engine light to check transmission. They diagnosed the problem, which was only the battery, but Don was very honest about issues he has seen previously with this type of car. He did not promise anything until he was sure about the outcome of the diagnostic and made sure once the new battery was in that no other underlying issues were going to be a future issue.
