My experience was great at G&G! Went there for an oil change and left with a diagnostic done on my explorer. The friendly staff even when as far as so fix my shifter free of charge. I would recommend to anyone. I plan on going here for all of my automotive needs in the future for all of my vehicles.
If you want to get ripped off, take your car here!! I took my car here because my air conditioner and heater quit working. After they charged me $100 for a diagnostic check, gave me a copy of it, which was completely fake, they told me I needed a new fuse box, which they had to order from the east coast. It was going to cost me $750. I dont have that kind of money sitting around, so I started to save to have the repair done. I was recommended this shop through a friend. As soon as I walked in the door I felt welcomed. They truly cared about the concerns I had regarding my vehicle and made the repairs in a timely, affordable manor. This is definitely my go-to from here on out. Their customer service is amazing. Fist-bumbs to Don and Diane for entertaining a very talkative 5 year old during my cars oil change this morning. Definitely would recommend this shop to others.
I’m new to town and it is always a challenge finding a trustworthy mechanic/repair shop in a new place. I am so happy I found G&G! They are straightforward, very courteous and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of an auto repair shop. I lived in several states and been to many auto shops. G&G takes the cake and raises the bar on auto service!
G&G is the best! Richard & Donny always get me in when needed and out ASAP. They provide detailed information and estimates so that I can make the best decision possible concerning the care and repair of my vehicles.
