Check Engine light came on in my pickup coming north through the mountains near Grapevine. I was just passing through Bakersfield, was looking for a place that could run the diagnostics late on a Friday afternoon as I feared getting stuck along the interstate with a serious problem over the weekend. I’m really impressed with both the quality of service as well as the level of communication and attention to detail. Diane has communicated to me ahead of time what the problems are and how much they’ll cost to fix. The free ride to where you’re going is invaluable. It takes the stress of finding one on your own, especially if you’re not a Uber/Lyft rider to begin with. Having a broken down car stinks, but G&G really shine in quality, communication, and attention to detail.
Walk the talk, stand by your repairs, be honest
We had van issues on the way from Sacramento to San Diego and made it to G&G auto where they squeezed us in for a quick diagnostic and the team helped us out and saved the day and our family vacation with a quick spark plugs and replacement at a reasonable price. Such a great, honest, helpful and kind team at G&G. I couldn't recommend this shop more!! Thanks G&G Auto :)

AMAZING SERVICE! My wife’s car was having electrical issues an all kinds of things were showing on the display. From the check engine light to check transmission. They diagnosed the problem, which was only the battery, but Don was very honest about issues he has seen previously with this type of car. My choice to walk into this shop for the first time has been nothing but positive. Weather I asked them to add after market parts, or perform routine maintenance to my Dodge Challenger, it was done with with complete professionalism and satisfaction. I convinced my wife to take her Maxima to G & G Auto for some routine maintenance and now she is hooked.
