I had an absolutely amazing experience at Gezon. As a first time car buyer, I was not sure where to start. Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He gave my family a tour of the facility, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The other staff members were very cordial as well. I understand that we all need to make money and feed our families. You run a business. But I said we are interested in buying a brand new truck CASH UP FRONT ( unlike many of your customers who need to finance) and asked for an appraisal on our Nissan and you tell me $1500. That is a slap in the face. Ed Koehn gave us $8,000 and a GM discount without blinking. It was evident to me that the low ball estimate was only because I was a girl and thought I was an idiot.
