I have a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport that I purchased at a different dealership. I needed some things that only Mitsubishi dealer could do so I called and WENDY, JESSICA have been such a HUGE help to me. I will continue to do business here And would highly recommend my friends, family and others to do as well!!!!! These people are GREAT!!!

We have been loyal customers of Gezon Volkswagon, for over 6 years now, and we have NEVER been disappointed by them. Bill Gezon, Melinda, Mary, John with the Collision department, all treat us like we're the only customers around. We get top notch attention, and we never have to wait. We live in Galesburg, and should go to Maple Hill VW, but the hour plus drive, and traffic are all worth it when you get taken care of as well as we do.. We'll never go to any other VW Dealer!

My wife and I had a great experince at Gezon Motors. We were looking for a Nissan Armada for my wife. We found several adds online in the surrounding area. We took a drive starting in Battle Creek and Grand Rapids. Gezon had a 2015 Armada with very low milage at a good price. Wce took a test drive and my wife fell in love with it and after a good conversation with Bill Gezon and Melinda Smith we had a deal that day. Thanks Bill and Melinda.

Unfortunately when some people think of car salesman they think of pushy and aggressive people. I can firsthand tell you that this definitely does not describe the staff at Gezon Motors. Everyone is helpful, not aggressive, friendly and simply there just to help the customer make the best car decision possible. I can with a full heart say the staff at Gezon Motors are amazing people!!! Also, after getting into an accident with my Tiguan I can also tell you that their Collision Center is top notch. After buying my Juke out of state, I brought it to Gezon to have it checked out and get an alignment done. Tim in the Nissan service department was an absolute pleasure to work with, very professional, and knowledgeable. Before deciding on my next vehicle, I test drove a few different pre-owned vehicles with Ray Clark. Although I didn't end up purchasing a car from Gezon, he had worked with me for a few weeks to find a Juke I was looking for. I recommend anyone looking for a pre-owned vehicle to ask for Ray.
