I want to say thank you to all of the Gezon Motor staff. Ray Clark was my salesman and I honestly can't say enough good things about him. He put himself in my shoes and negotiated for the car I really wanted. With all his efforts his wonderful manager gave in and let me drive away in the car of my dreams. Truly awesome people who work here! Mary the owner, is so down to earth and hands on. It's awesome to see an owner of a dealership who is like that. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle go see Jade or anyone else at Gezon. They will not let you down!
My husband and I had our Jetta at Gezon Collision for 6 weeks and had a terrible experience. VW has a rust guarantee and so we coordinated panel replacement work through Gezon and Ed was our contact. Our car has had some body damage/work in the past like most 10 year old vehicles and so I do understand that they had more work to do than anticipated. But the lack of communication and his horrible customer service skills are inexcusable. I left a full review on Yelp.
