My daughter and I both bought our cars from Gettle. Never got sent the paperwork that we paid for, to get the oil changes we pre paid for. Managers switched hands and we were given the run around. Promised a refund that never came then calls never returned. Will never be suckered into buying a car here again.
My husband was promised a job from Mark Biddle. After leaving NJ to relocate to Florida, Mark totally disappeared. My husband went for his Drug test, called NUMEROUS times and was just given the run around. Mark knew we were coming here with no job, but the job promised. I can't believe that someone could leave another person hanging like this. No conscience, no care! We have two children and we were so excited for this opportunity. Who does that to someone?
My first Hyundai and I purchased a Sonata. Happy with it, handles well well. If you are thinking about buying a Hyundai go to Gettel and ask for Willie. He is a great salesperson. He is knowledgeable and very helpful. He will work with you. He made my buying experience easy.
