Had the pleasure of having Willie McNeal for my salesman. First time buying a car was non stressful.
Just had my Sonata 2013 Hybrid in for major repair (transmission locked up). Utilized the Hyundai Roadside Assistance towing service to tow car to Lakewood Ranch Hyundai dealer. Upon picking up the car, discovered my iPhone charger was missing. Now both the towing company and Gettel Hyundai are pointing fingers at one another saying “not me”! In any event, I am out a charger! I don’t know who took it, but recommend you remove ALL valuable be prior to towing/service. Sadly, NO ONE can be trusted. Off to buy a new charger....N... read more
Worked with Willie and Mark. Had a few pricing issues but Mark was able to get them worked out. If you go in to buy from here ask for Willie. He was good to work with, very professional and knowledgeable and worked hard to get all my problems worked out.
