This dealership was outstanding when after 10 years I decided to buy a new car. This was my first Hyundai. The staff, John, Franklin, Pavel made this a pleasant & very helpful decision as to what model, color etc would fit my needs & my finances I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

Had a fantastic experience at Gettel Hyundai of Lakewood this past Friday. Michelle set us up with Willie. Both of them were very helpful and friendly. All of the managers and everyone stopped by as well to make sure everything was going ok which was nice also. The entire staff was extremely nice and helpful.
We have a Genesis g90 which is having issues, in other words, not working.it has not worked since we purchased it in early November. Genesis promised valet service which is non existent with this dealer. No one returns our calls from This dealership. Service is nonexistent . I would discourage anyone from buying from a Gettel dealership. I would also never buy a Genesis if I had known that service is nonexistent . They are selling $15,000 cars along with these Genesis $80,000 cars and have no one who knows how to service the... read more
Was driving by yesterday and figured I would stop in and get my vehicle serviced so I stumbled into a sales gentleman by the name Willie McNeal who answered all my questions on how I go about setting up service appointment ,and then I started asking question about a new vehicle . Let me tell you Willie McNeal is highly knowledgeable about the product and super polite also answered my questions without me feeling pressured . caring for customers who didnt buy their vehicle at your specific dealership. with the apathy I received, I wouldn't return or buy my future car at your dealership. Just a little concern or going the extra mile might have kept this customer appreciative and a future customer as I love my Hyundai and would buy another but not at your dealership.
Franklin was wonderful. He was very courteous and certainly know hyundai cars and your business process. We did not feel pressured. He was very patient with us and explained the pros & cons of our thinking without treating our lack of confidence as ignorance.
Service is always exceptional. Make an appointment... in and out in a timely manner. They always check for recalls and take care of them immediately if possible. I always feel confident that my car is in the best condition when I leave. Highly recommend!
