I was very impressed with the whole experience. It was my First time going, and I was treated very nicely. All the nurses and practitioners were very nice. The only issue I had and it’s not a complaint it’s just I’m on a walker and getting in the door. The handicap parking is pretty far away and if you’re not getting dropped off, it’s kind of difficult to get in but well worth the workout I got getting in I was treated very well like an old friend. Most unprofessional receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. Called at 1PM to ask was very serious about getting a visit in. For one she spent 5 minutes in dead silence looking up something I’m certain popped right up she was also the only receptionist I called that left the phone unattended super long wait. But when you finally get her on I asked a question about pricing and was met with complete silence for about 5 minutes.
