It remains a mystery to me that such a place exists. The environment is so cheerful, clean, professional, and staffed with people who, one right after another, genuinely care. I am heard, each and every time by my Primary Care Physician. My concerns are not rushed through. I am handled as though I am seen as entirely unique and special. A short wait very good and direct service. I even got a inhaler to try. Fantastic.
Staff was friendly. Clean... I got in and out within a hour. Doctor Matthews was awesome. He even told me a had a regular irregular heartbeat. Something I had no idea I had. If my primary care doctor can not see me, then I will definitely go back River Valley Health
I was seen rather quickly, thorough exam and wonderful treatment. I was very happy with my care and treatment. I will definitely use them again.
