I called the phone number prior to going there and was told they could program a remote for our vehicle. I brought our 2012 Toyota Highlander to get a remote programmed and a key cut/programmed. They incorrectly cut the OEM key I brought in and had to substitute their generic one. They could not get the remote programmed so I will have to go elsewhere.
