The best firm! I had a great experience and received excellent service from beginning to end. The team was professional, helpful, and always kept great communication throughout the entire process. They were responsive and made sure I was always informed. I highly recommend this firm to anyone looking for great service and a team that truly cares about their clients
Very Disappointing! Do not use this firm! Very bad communication throughout the process. Different paralegal every time I called or emailed for updates on my case who seemed to not know what was going on. After finally settling on top of the 40% they took an additional $17K in "expert fees" out. They did not negotiate the medical insurance lien which was promised but not delivered. After waiting almost 3 months after settling I finally received my payment which was promised in 30 days but ended up being 90 days with no addit... read more
