Bringing my Red was stressful as it was my first visit with my newly adopted cat to a vet. But the staff was so friendly and talked to Red just like I do! Dr. Alex was so nice and gentle I felt very at ease and so did Red! He even got loads of compliments. Would recommend this practice to anyone!
I love all the extra personalized touches that Germantown Animal Hospital does to make it a great vet experience. When you walk in there's a cute board decorated with the names of all the pets that they are seeing that day. They take a picture of your pet at the first visit and when your pet is due for a checkup, you get that picture of your pet printed on a postcard in the mail! It was our first visit to your office ...Louie (100 lb Doberman ) apparently is very fearful of needles! Thanks Dr.Lemke and your amazing staff for not giving up,even having us come back for the second needle.... Dr.Lemke was patient and determined ....would recommend this doctor to all !
