RecommendedHave been going there for about 25 years, with my kitties and dogs.
We are not even clients there and I came in with my 9 month old Boxer having a severe anaphylactic reaction and they took me straight to an exam room to have her evaluated. I was in an absolute state of panic. I am so grateful to the staff who helped us today. Thank you Germantown Animal Hospital.
We have been taking both our cats and dog there for years. Excellent caring staff, you can see they love their job. The staff takes time to explain the care needed for one's pets. I have recommended to several of my friends they need to take their pets there.
The staff are very helpful and so friendly. Dr. Alex is extremely patient with new pet "parents", and finds several teachable moments at each visit. He makes sure to answer all questions before leaving the room. He was so compassionate when I had to put my cat, Molly, to sleep after 20+ years. Now, with my new puppy, he takes extra time to cover all the bases, and really works with the pet owner, to provide the best care possible. He's truly excellent with both pets and people.
I love bringing my two kitties here! Everyone is really nice and I love the board with all the pets names that are coming in. Thanks Dr. Nick for Murrey and Lulu's clean bill of health!
They are very nice. They were so good when I had to put our cat down we had for 15 1/2 yrs. They are great with our dog 🐕 😊 And now they take care of our new cat 🐈😊
