got stranded when a pulley dicintegrated on my vr6 project car. called every chain store in the area and nothing but 4 day waits. the young lady at the front desk said she'd do some digging and call me back. Within 20 minutes I received a call back and could have it there the next day. really saved my butt. super friendly staff and amazing service. highly recommend.

Great and fast service for a very reasonable price. Visiting Chatt from GA, Mini Countryman had idiot lights and issues. Called and Timothy said to come in and he’d pull the codes. I arrived 20 minutes later, he read the codes, looked for parts in stock and 45 minutes later I was out with a fixed car. No appt, no advance notice. Tough to be a visitor with car problems, but a happy solution thanks to Timothy and German Autohaus. Great work and thanks soooooo much!
