Justin Yoerger is my service rep. He always gives me great service. I like taking my car here for service. Beautiful waiting area and great breafast snacks. As long as my old car holds up will continue to come here.
This is the second car I have leased from Germain Lincoln. Dave Kern, their salesperson, always went the full mile in making sure I was happy.
Justin Yoerger assisted me when I brought my car in for an oil change. I was also having problems with my Bluetooth working and he fixed it in a jiffy. I have always had prompt courteous service when I bring my car in.
I took my Lincoln in for a recall. While waiting, the showroom was fully stocked with coffee and other beverages, a wide array of pastries, cookies, and other snacks. There was plenty of reading material or TV programs to watch. When my car was finished, it was returned to me in spotless condition. Thank you Justin Yoerger for such outstanding service.

After seeing some asshole dressed up as Abe Lincoln in your most recent "Look guys! We are mainstream!" commercial, I have cancelled my plans of purchasing a car there tomorrow and will be taking my business to a man who can do proper, enthusiastic commercials: The Huge Man himself, Billy Fuccillo.
We have taken our car to Germain Lincoln a few times for service and every time Justin Yoerger has taken great car of us and our car! He is always a pleasure to work with early in the morning or at the end of the day.
Had my Lincoln in for its first service today. Can't say how happy I am with Scott Moessner and the entire service staff! Everyone was very welcoming, waiting area is awesome as well.
