As usual, my latest visit was pleasant, prompt, and professional.
Excellent care in a spotless comfortable environment
One of the things I hate about the medical profession in general is their sacred belief that their time is more valuable than yours. It's virtually a universal 'given'. Dr. Gerkin's office is the opposite. They are almost always within minutes of the appointed time. It is a seldom felt breath of fresh air. Aside from being prompt, they are efficient, polite, friendly and professional. And, they are expanding, which means they are doing something right. The woman who performed the cleaning was friendly, intelligent, and well versed in her trade. Unprompted she periodically told me what she was doing and the results of her findings. She did a thorough job of inspecting and cleaning my teeth. The office and equipment were quite modern. I especially appreciated the polishing device used because it was gentler on my teeth and caused almost no discomfort. My visit with Dr. Gerkin and his staff was beyond what I expected. I hadn't been to the dentist in YEARS and they were very welcoming the second I walked in. I am very pleased with everything. Super clean office and friendly staff. I also like how Dr. Gerkin got to know you instead of just saying "Hi and Bye". I will recommend him to friends and family for the future.
