This place is a joke! Good luck trying to get a call back...even after a large monetary transaction was made! Very unprofessional attitude from Bill Gergen!
Stay away, stay away!!! This is in regards to attorney Bill Gergen. He's a small town lawyer with a big city attitude. Does not return phone calls and leaves the work you paid for unfinished. STAY AWAY!!
They don't handle dog bite/attack cases. Woman on the phone says something basically like "No he doesn't do that" and very unprofessionally, with no questions or explanation whatsoever as to why not. Wow, what kind of a personal injury attorney won't handle dog attacks??? Don't you people understand there's a ton of money to be made from them? It's okay, I found a REAL personal injury attorney that actually knows how to help people.
