They uncaring when it comes to an emergency for a pet, thought an emergency was an emergency but apparently it means you need alot of money for us to help your pet. thought thats what the emergency fund was for but wasn't even offered that so i will be spreading the word they do not help just want to make money off EVERYONE!!

Best Vet in WNY!! puts the pets health above all else. have always taken my animals to Dr. Gerber & always will. always gets me right in, they know my dogs are my babies. my dogs actually LIKE going to the vet b/c this office is so friendly & inviting.
