This was a no pressure car buying experience. Our salesperson Darryl was so accommodating and pleasant to work with. He explained everything in detail and was very patient. The test drive was on a lovely stretch of road with no traffic, so it was great to see how the car performed and felt. I love my Impreza. My daughter purchased her Forester from Gerald, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car. It was a great experience.
They will say one thing during the purchasing meeting, "3 years free of oil change, etc.", then take it back when you get your breakdown of the bill. They added numbers that weren't there before and gave us a hard time. I wish i would have recorded them saying what they said the first time so I could have proof. They distract you so that you don't ask all your questions. They tell you to sign all over the place and then don't give you the breakdown of what exactly you are paying. The service department is so accommodating. I had a low tire, David Gonzales was able to have me come right in, also did an oil change and other routine maintenance and got me out in plenty of time for a doctor’s appointment. He explained what was going on with the tire in a way I could understand. and I even had time for them to wash my car.
They made sure I understood how everything worked and took the time to synch my phone in to everything and make sure I knew how it worked. Thank you
Our Subaru Impreza suffered a flat tire the evening of February 1 (we ran over something on the road). We happened to be near Gerald Subaru of North Aurora at the time. The dealership was about to close, and the service department was closed already. But they welcomed us warmly, offered us beverages, and made us comfortable as they inspected the tire and replaced it with our spare.
