My mom and I were in a bind after my engine died on my previous car. We were looking for something affordable and reliable to lease since I am a grad student. After a bad day working with crappy car salesmen, we met with Eric. Eric was incredibly down to earth and listened to what we were able to afford and worked with us. I don't have enough room here to explain my first car buying experience with Gerald but it would be rated a NEGATIVE 5 star. As would this visit last week. In short went to buy a certified used outback 2024 last week. First off there was a BOLT in the tire that I noticed. We were told they would plug it for us. I said hmmmm nope need a new tire especially at $30,000.00.There were also scratches on the car, not sure why they wouldn't have buffed them out, so it looked better.
