Eric and Darell went above and beyond, I had an outstanding experience working with Eric at the Subaru dealership. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right car—not just making a sale. He took the time to listen to what I needed, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel pressured.
All was ok. Service department did erase my Sirius stations and radio stations. I had to drive back and Daniel a service rep fixed it for me. Thank you Daniel
