Staff is great. Recently went in for the service depot. They didn't not have me waiting whatsoever, quick and attentive!
My service was prompt, and I felt well taken care of. I had a question about the cruise control, and it's tendency to jump in 5 mi increments when I tried to increase it. The technician addressed that with us, and was honest enough to tell us he had to look it up himself, and found the answer in the Eyesight book. I appreciated his frankness! We all learned something new that day :)
Not a fan they had my new car for almost two weeks some warranty! ! still had to pay over $500
Worst service ever!!!! I received a quote from Erika Benitez which was not the lowest but still ok. The problem is she keeps sending me spam emails all the time with no Unsubscribe option. I have asked 4 times already to be taken off their mailing list, but no success. Perhaps this idiot does not speak English or is too stupid to know how to service the mailing list. Anyway, do NOT give them your emails unless you like getting junk mail all the time. Pick some other, more professional dealership.
Thank you Big John for getting us our new 2017 Forrester! You were very helpful and timely. We got a great value for a fantastic car. We will definitely be contacting Gerald Subaru again when we're ready for our next one.
