I've owned 25 cars and the Subaru Outback is by far my favorite. Right from the start the sales staff was a whole different breed of car salesmen. No push you to a close, just a nice comfortable test drive and a detailed explanation of the cars features. Scott Wolf made it the easiest purchase transaction I have ever been through and Eric the finance manager had me approved at a good rate faster than i could believe. I bought my Impreza 4 months ago, was having stereo issues. After all they could do, Brian in service order a whole new unit for me. I was in and out in about an hour. They are always super friendly and don't bug you like other car dealers do. I will certainly keep buying my Subarus from Gerald Subaru of North aurora.
It’s amazing
All staff were courteous and professional. The dealership itself was bright and contemporary - and I was amazed how clean the service area is. Hubby said the coffee was excellent. I thought Jake was great and I love my new Crosstrek!

Excellent customer service. During my visit I had questions with my warranty and what was covered or not with my visit. Excellent service and prompt with completion of service. Upon leaving I couldn't get my car to start, the service assistant stepped in and I was off and on my way with a new battery. I could not be happier with Subaru.
These people and the customer service is excellent. That is why I gave them an excellent rating. Keep it up guys you have excellent product to support.
Greeted in friendly manner. Liked the inside drop off and pick-up for car -- was 16 deg F outside. Nice waiting room.
