They will say one thing during the purchasing meeting, "3 years free of oil change, etc.", then take it back when you get your breakdown of the bill. They added numbers that weren't there before and gave us a hard time. I wish i would have recorded them saying what they said the first time so I could have proof. They distract you so that you don't ask all your questions. They tell you to sign all over the place and then don't give you the breakdown of what exactly you are paying. Went in and bought a new car today. Jesus has only been working there for 2 months but did an excellent job! He explained everything and we got what we wanted!

RecommendedI actually look forward to getting my car serviced. The waiting room is amazing with Starbuck coffee and snacks. It is pet friendly so my puppy and I had a good time interacting with everyone. Best of all, the mechanics explained everything and did a great job. To top it all off they washed my car even though it was Very cold outside.
