The service team keeps me informed in detail as to the work that needs to be done on my Outback so that I can determine what needs to be done immediately and what can wait (safely). While the work can seem costly in some areas, I know that the best parts are used and that any work done will keep my car in good running shape for quite some time. I kept my first 1997 Outback for a total of 348,000 miles and only gave it up due to body deterioration issues. The engine was still running well.

I like the fact that Andrew listen to me and when I said I was not interested in something being added on he respected that and did not push. Which would have been a turn off if he had pursued it. Kevin the business manager was great and explained all my questions! I am going to LOVE my new Subaru!

The service department is a bunch of thieves who don’t do repairs properly. Head gaskets replaced on a 03 Legacy and less than 9,000 miles later bad again because they did not machines the heads, anyone who knows car repair 101 does this. Now I’m calling out on this and I’m not being called back, crickets. This is my mother-in-laws car, guess they figured they could screw an old lady.
