Very rude customer service from two representatives acting like it’s a bother when a potential customer asks questions. Even if they didn’t charge $85 just to come look at the work, I still would not pay them for my job.

We had this company fix one of the garage doors. We started to get rumbling noise in the garage door that was fix. When we called to explain the issue, I was stunned by the language used 'you f***king dont tell me' by this company. Never had this kind of experience. Unfortunately, wont use them.
