Great services and caring staff who took alot of patience with me
The doctors are doing a good job, but some of the staff can be done without. I don't like the fact that they don't have a set aside for sick visits, as well as a time for "just in case something comes up". I am beating my head against the wall dealing with the staff at the Providence Hospital location. Why should I HAVE to wait for over a month to be seen after a chest X-Ray. IT IS TOTALLY RIDICULOUS.
CACHAT at GERALD FAMILY CARE..GLEN ARE OFFICE went beyond her duty to assist me. .with her help in conjunction with the PROVIDENCE OFFICE I was able to obtain the care I needed
I love Gerald family care, I always feel comfortable there. Very professional and and homely at the same time.
The Doctors are awesome and I rarely ever have to wait! If my Appt is at 4, I'm seen by 4:05! And the staff is very friendly! I love going their, I feel like they're a second family/friend unit!!
