Spent negligible amount of time examining my broken leg and most of it making notes for billing purposes Didn’t even show me the x-ray, explain the condition or provide program of care Had to ask the nurse to show me the x-ray and the break and asked questions about weight bearing etc.

Absolutely terrible staff. tried to get price for appointment but they couldn't give me an answer. I said if I were to pay cash how much. No answer. had to verify ins. Gave ins info & said they would call back that day. No call back. I had to call next day for answer. Was transferred 6x. waited on hold for 45mins. Good thing I didn't break anything. (pun on words) that's why I was calling in 1St place. Back to scheduling, busy, they would call back. No call back. called again next appt 12/29.

Dr Shute performed a total left hip replacement after an accident. He was very conscientious, caring and suggested the best procedure to quickly get me back to work and my other activities. Being an athlete I was very concerned about being able to quickly return to my sport. I learned too after surgery from friends how hard and long he worked to insure the replacement kept both leg lengths equal.
