My husband uses a walker which they won't let him use on the escalator. There is only ONE elevator down from the lobby to the first level. 20,000 people were at our conference. They took him to a freight elevator where they left him for 15 minutes until they said it was out of order and sent him to another one. It took him 39 minutes to make his way to the general session. Unacceptable!

I was attending the 2017 Rotary International Convention. The centre is well organized to host great events. The designers seems to have thought of everything.

The escalator and stairs are well designed to handle our large group of 20,000+. The only thing was the restrooms available were a bit small and people had to wait for a long time. It is near Marta train station is really a time saver for people staying in hotel around the town.

It is so amazing that a huge no of Rotarians from all over the World are here. Enjoing CNN. Aquarium. Coca Cola and Specially its wonderful environment with full of authority

No elevator that will take one in a single ride from top to bottom! Security too worried about me using my walker on the escalators. NOTE: I've had that thing up and down over 100 escalators. No signage to help getting to venues. Crowd control nonexistent. It took me over 40 minutes to get from the entrance to the hall on the 5th level, and I knew where I was going this time! I'm going to demand a refund on the Convention from Rotary.
