It is indeed a World congress Center, it accommodated the 2017 Rotary Foundation Centennial celebration
The Airconditioning is extremely cold and I wonder if there is no way to regulate it. Made my training at the conference center very unpleasant.

Not enough drinking fountains. Building B 1-5 halls had plenty of rest rooms but no drinking fountains. I could only find them in the concourse between building A and building B.
Plenty of bathrooms, lots of space, clean. Problem is when there are 40,000 trying to stream into-out of venue, there are major bottlenecks between levels- all 5 levels. Plenty of exits in case of emergency, but quite inconvenient and massive bottlenecks.
