The good and expectations met: Great venue for convention as it occupies a huge group of more than 40k rotarians and friends. The lady who helped us out finding a table for us in the PE lunch was the first person who did really helped. I truly express my appreciation. Needs improvement: For the sessions hall, having a flat surface made it hard for people to see so we rely on the big screens. The challenges: There are not enough help to find the way around. It was ok but not really dimensioned for hosting events with 25 000 participants at the same time. Restrooms, stairs, elevators, food courts was just not enough. Not sure how to manage an evacuation in a controlled way. No instructions regarding safety and evacuation plan was presented for the participants.
Very restricted access to main convention halls. Bottleneck every day.
Excellent facilities, very systematic, good ambience & helpful courteous staff. What else can you ask for!!

I like GWCC. It's easily accessible. Great place for the Rotary crowd of about 40000. Large auditorium for general sessions and ample space for the breakout sessions too. More than enough restrooms to accommodate the teaming crowd. Facilities provided was satisfactory.
Rotary attracted huge crowd, also a large contingent from Nepal, but the GWCC area is so huge, the crowd hit lost. Convention program and speakers were excellent: interestingly powerful and useful. Proud to be a Rotarian
Very organized services and clear navigation signs. Neat. However the wifi network needs to be improved on.
