This review is specifically related to Georgia Urology's accounting department. I had a procedure in March and have followed up 5x and still have not received a refund (in excess of $1000) after my insurance company provided payment
If there were an option to give zero stars, I would. Even giving one star is more than this experience deserves. Unfortunately, that’s not possible. I had surgery with dr. KANIKA, and the results were extremely disappointing and painful. The total hospital bill was around $12,000, and during my recovery I was unable to work, which meant I received no pay from my employer. I had a prostate biopsy three days ago. And was asked if I'd taken the antibiotic, they had prescribed for me, which was never prescribed . They went ahead and did the biopsy and told me that they were calling in a prescription, and here it is three days later, and they still haven't. After 3 phone calls and then put on hold for another hour Today still no answer .hoping that I don't get an infection.
Lately they have been understaffed. Exam room 12 has an old torn exam bed. Urine samples stacked. Nice Staff. Need to take better care of facility.
