Absolutely horrible experience. I have never felt so dismissed by a doctor. I specifically told Dr. Dharmesh Kumar Patel that I had experienced a bad reaction to this medication in the past. Instead of listening to me or taking my concerns seriously, he looked at me and said, “No, that’s not true,” and then proceeded to tell me to take the medication anyway because his research supposedly said otherwise. Had a consultation and first facial here. All my questions were answered at consultation. Didn't feel rushed or intimidated and they are upfront about prices unlike other places. The facial was AMAZING and relaxing. I was nervous but the two ladies were very soothing and professional. I also like the fact that this is done in a medical setting.definitely will go back.

I absolutely love this office! The staff is always courteous and pleasant. They go the extra mile to ensure patient care is superb. I drive from a different county just to be seen by the best. The physicians are thorough and caught things that were missed in the past. The front desk is excellent and patient. The MAs are quick and never compromise great customer service.
