Slow service for the smallest issue. Incompetent. Will tell you to chat gpt your issue if you don’t believe them and ignore what chat gpt is saying your next step should be while talking over you, but act as if they want to help with no understand of your problem because they don’t listen. Nobody speaks proper English or understands proper English except the doctor, which is the main person that does not listen. I recently had a very disappointing experience at this office. I experienced an excessive wait time, which made the visit unnecessarily frustrating before I was even seen. During the appointment, I felt my concerns were not taken seriously and the visit felt rushed. Most concerning, I was not informed that my condition was contagious, nor was I advised to have my child checked or take any precautions to prevent spreading it.
