I got a call 5 months from some agency after a so-called visit and said I owed them money and still have not received one invoice or any records to prove I was there. Called their attorney and STILL not received any records. Always paid on the day of visits. Apparently Dr. Lay has some type of GOD complex.
I had eye surgery last year in June and the doctors performed eye surgery and that was needed and my vision is clear all I need is reading glasses and that's what I use to read
Dr. Segal is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure to visit. His examinations are thorough and professional. Best of all he LISTENS!!! He goes above and beyond what I anticipated for care from an ophthalmologist. His staff is also extremely friendly, helpful and caring. I wish he could be my primary care physician.
Thanks to all!! My appointments from start to finish were great! My eyes are the best they've been in 20 years.
