RecommendedI knew from my first visit with Dr. Segal that he was on my side, that he wanted to help me, that he wanted to see my eye problem resolved as badly as I did. Well, it's been a journey (with visits to the retina specialist Dr. Segal recommended in the middle of it all) but Dr. Segal is helping me get to better vision. Dr. Segal is awesome!! Great experience with my cataract surgery!! We had our differences but he was patient with me, understanding, explained the risks involved and weighing the options for rushed surgery (because I wanted it) vs. the reality of waiting until my eyes were ready.... in the end I listened to him, his advice and followed his suggestions!! Best eye care services I have ever received.. thanks to the recommendation from my primary care doctor of over 20 years Dr. Ben Bobon!! Dr. Segal...you ROCK!!
Prompt and Professionally run. So far, very impressed with Dr Segal. Will be getting some laser surgery soon, and trust results will be amazing.
Amazing Doctor! Receptionists so friendly and helpful! Had cataract surgery both eyes a week apart. Dr. Segal called me in the evening to check on me both times. After a day I could see!! Very caring doctor and surgery was a success. Had mono vision lenses done and now NO Glasses for the first time in 10 years!!!
Dr. Segal is highly skilled, and runs a very efficient office and surgical practice. The level of technology that he uses in his practice is impressive, and reassuring. The office and surgical staffs demonstrate wonderful patient care. I trusted Dr. Segal with my cataract surgery and lens implants, and have been very pleased with the process and results.
I went last week for exam, and I do have a higher prescription for contacts, so, it wasn’t in the office. It’s been almost a week with no call back for my trials. I had better luck at Walmart. This was recommended by a friend for their stellar service, NOT. I have left two voicemails, and no call back. I guess it’s back to Walmart I go. #EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED #wheresthecustomerservice
They were very professional and quick. Had to get Laser surgery and was very happy with Dr. Segal and his staff.
