My bfs car was hit when he parked on the street. I just feel if we pay rent there, we should Atleast be able to park in the parking lot and not have to fight for a parking spot. Other than that, it’s not a bad place to live overall.

Don't live here. Just don't. Clueless office staff, abysmal communication, zero security, flooding streets, robberies and fighting in the streets at all hours of the day & night. Not even worth the cheap rent.
Absolutely terrible new management. Terrible terrible do not lease here, live in a box before you move into Georgetown. If you have people breaking in to your building, there will be no precautions taken about it by management.
Randomly turn off water for hours/management sucks.
There is nothing worse than living in an environment where you wake up constantly sick to your stomach in the middle of the night because of the disgusting smell of marijuana coming up through your air vents from some other pothead tenant in which the management company refuses to resolve the problem. As if that isn't enough illegal drug problems, our back parking lot is like a Kmart for drug dealers. The police are called several times a week, but they're too lazy to do any...Continue Reading
