Straight scum! Thieves! Over charge for services after they tell you a price then it’s all of a sudden another price much more. They took my brand new battery (just bought) and replaced it with an old one and charged me for a new battery! Absolutely will never go here again and do not recommend you do. 0 Stars! Scum!
Terrible customer service
They were supposed to service my chainsaw and then they call me and tell me that the oil and gas was mix wrong and debris was in it I told him I was out of town they wanted me to wait to talk to a check that they had out in the hospital I waited and then all of a sudden they never got back with me and then they threw my chainsaw way what kind of customer service is this I hope no one else falls into the same dilemma with this company unfortunately it's the last time I ever do business with George I will not recommend them as... read more
Wanted to say extra thank you to the folks at George's mower. These guys did an excellent job of getting our generator repaired while the crowds were very heavy they worked and worked and got my generator done just want to say thank you to those guys for taking care of me.
I usually like to support the independent business owners, not in this case! I called and asked if they could service my chainsaw, they said to bring it in. I arrived and they turned me away and said they never talked to me on the phone. Horrible customer service and lack of compassion for the hurricane IRMA situation. NEVER WILL I RETURN!
I love this store funny thing my grandparents hated coming here don't know why I LOVE IT HERE. CHAZ, ENOCH,MS. LAURIE AND JUSTUS LOVE THEM ALL. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ,PRICES ARE AMAZING. YOU WILL GET ALL THE INFO FOR WHATEVER YOU NEED. George mowers is the best.....
