0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend In my experience, this is the worst repair shop. Period. 1 Star : Repair Quality Positives: The exterior repairs look good. Negatives: 1. It took them more than 1 month to get it done (despite numerous assurances that it would be done in a couple of weeks). 2. This Crosstrek has more than 15K miles on it. Still, instead of replacing 4 tires, they replaced only one, which is against Subaru's requirements and is currently causing noise and driving problems. 3.
